Trevor has been buying, selling and developing convenience stores for more than 40 years, and has been a Texas-licensed agent since 2002. We are specialists, not generalists. Because we only work in convenience retail, land and related commercial property, we know what a store is worth, what a fuel contract should look like, which lenders will close, and which corners will still make sense in ten years. We represent buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, and we tell our clients the truth about a deal even when it costs us a commission.
